AT&T Fiber's pitch is simple and mostly true: symmetric upload and download speeds, no data caps, equipment included, no annual contract. When your address qualifies, it's one of the easiest yes-decisions in home tech. The catch is the word 'when' - availability is a street-by-street lottery, and AT&T's non-fiber fallback products are a very different experience.
